Support can be requested by phone or email. Requesting support is the same process whether you have a current support contract or you are just looking for one time support.

Emergency Support

Emergency support is available from 6:00PM Friday until 6:00AM Monday at the premium rate unless you have a valid support contract. Support is generally not provided on weekends unless it is high priority.


Support Contracts

Support contracts can be billed either monthly or yearly with a built in discount for yearly billing. Support contracts can be a cost effective way to reduce support costs, there are no limits to the amount of support we will provide when on a contracr.


Warranty

All hardware we sell comes with 1 year hardware warranty, associated labour costs such as travel and troubleshooting may be billable and will be determined on a per incident basis.
